Professional Real Estate Inspector
Michael Killion is a licensed professional real estate inspector through Texas Real Estate Commission, and has been performing inspections since 2001. Additionally, he is licensed to perform wood destroying insect inspections
accredited through the Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Service.

We perform quality inspections in accordance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) current Standards of Practice regulating real estate inspectors. We provide quality customer service by providing on site color picture reports detailing all items inspected, and outlining areas that are deficient.
